Welcome to Teachers for Peace, a community of educators dedicated to empowering children and women across the globe through education. We believe that education is a fundamental human right that should be accessible to all, and we are committed to providing free lessons and a supportive community to those who need it most.

 

As educators, we recognize the transformative power of education in breaking cycles of poverty and violence. We are passionate about our work and believe that every child and woman should have the opportunity to learn and grow, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Our volunteers hail from all corners of the world, offering lessons in a variety of subjects, such as language skills, yoga, and art. Although many of our classes are primarily conducted in English, our goal is to help students learn and grow in all areas, whether they are practicing their English while learning Polish or engaging in other activities.

We have witnessed the positive impact of our work firsthand, from assisting children in processing trauma and rebuilding their lives in conflict-affected regions to empowering women to pursue their dreams and create a better future for themselves and their families. We are aware that our work is far from over.
